Create your video with your phone or other video recording equipment. 

Most of the video should be you (and/or other members of your founding team) delivering your pitch.
You may use a poster as a supplement; you may show your product but do not spend time on a product demo; remember that you are pitching your business, not selling your product. No special effects; leave the car crashes and exploding buildings to the Hollywood professionals.
